A few words from our president:
When Matlock Endoscopic was just getting off the ground back in
1991, I made the decision that in addition to providing value priced
endoscopic equipment and dependable repair services, that we must
do one more thing: maintain a "personal" relationship
with each and every one of our customers. That is why when you call
our offices, you will never hear a series of computer-generated
voices which may or may not eventually lead you a human being to
resolve your question or concern. What you will get is a real, live,
caring, professional who knows what to do or where to go to find
the answers to your questions. With that in mind, I invite you to
meet those people who answer the phones, handle the paperwork, sell
and repair the equipment, and generally strive to provide the "Total
Customer Care" experience you have come to expect from Matlock
Endoscopic.
